Search for optimum parameters for thermochemical treatments under reduced pressure using a supervision system
Abstract
This study focuses on optimizing the parameters of thermochemical treatments carried out under reduced pressure, using an advanced supervision system. Reduced-pressure thermochemical treatments, such as carburizing or nitriding, offer significant advantages in terms of process control and the quality of treated parts. Our approach uses a supervisory system that collects and analyzes process data in real time, including temperature, pressure, atmosphere composition and treated part properties. By combining this data with predictive models and optimization algorithms, the system identifies the optimum parameters for each type of treatment and material.
